[Refunds for tickets with a specific date for Friday, August 8th]
1-Day passes purchased through the official online ticket site (ASOVIEW!) will be automatically refunded without any procedures required.
Customers who purchased 1-Day Passes through other ticket sales sites will be eligible for a refund, but please check with your ticket seller for refund instructions.
*Tickets that do not have a specific date of August 8th (Friday) will not be eligible for refunds.

As of now, we plan to resume normal business hours from 8:17 AM onwards from Saturday, August 10th.
