Participation is free! This year's Golden Week schedule is set with a kids park, a lakeside night cinema that parents and children can enjoy, live performances by Scandinavian artists, and a farmers market! -metsä's GW2024-

"Metsä Village" (Hanno City, Saitama Prefecture), one of the largest facilities in Japan where you can experience the Nordic lifestyle, is holding a "Metsä Village" (Hanno City, Saitama Prefecture) event, where you can enjoy a whole day for free during Golden Week, a long spring holiday.GW2024'', we will be holding a ``Kids Park'', ``Night Cinema - A selection of Scandinavian movies that can be enjoyed by parents and children'', and live performances by Finnish artists. During the period, a farmers market will also be held where you can see the faces of the producers and shop safely and securely.

1. Kids Park~Adults can relax by the lake, while children can have fun moving their bodies.　

For spring only, a kids park will open on the lawn by the lake. Based on the concept of ``having fun while using your body,'' we have a full lineup of play equipment such as ball pool tents, lawn sleds, and ``Kenkenpa.''

2. Enjoy high-quality Scandinavian movies for parents and children at a lakeside theater & Finnish artist'sChill out at twilight with live music

The market hall, where you can enjoy shopping during the day, transforms into a movie theater after sunset.

Scandinavian movies from Norway, Sweden, and Finland are set up on an outdoor screen in a lakeside location with a pleasant breeze, and can be enjoyed by children, adults, and even dogs.3Works will be screened on a rotating basis. Before the screening, Finnish artistAino(Aino)'s Twilight Live will also be held at the same time. Perfect for a chill-out time at dusk.

A lovely yet energetic youth music road movie from Norway. ``Rossband Immortale'' is a band consisting of Grimm, a drummer who is saddened by the discord between his parents, and Axl, a guitarist and vocalist who is tone-deaf and has a lot of assumptions. In order to participate in the Norwegian Rock Tournament, Tilda, a 9-year-old cello girl, and Mattin, a famous driver from the neighborhood, head to Tromsø, a town in the far north.
