Terms of use
・Please keep your pet in a pet cart or use a manners belt and be sure to keep it on a leash when entering the facility.
*Excluding guide dogs, hearing dogs, and assistance dogs
・Small to medium-sized dogs, with a height of less than 60cm
・The dog must have received rabies vaccinations and combination vaccines within the past year. Please attach a dog license tag and vaccination tag to the collar.
- No skin diseases or infectious diseases, and flea and tick prevention
・There is no risk of dog fighting or harming other dogs or customers.
・Up to one pet per owner guest

・Please be considerate of other guests.
- We will refuse entry to pets who are not properly trained or kept in a hygienic state, who bark or behave in a way that disturbs other guests, who the facility deems inappropriate for their use, or who have falsified the terms of use.
・The facility will not be held responsible for any accidents or disputes that occur within the facility, such as dog bites, injuries, deaths, biting of others, damage to property, complaints, etc. Guests are responsible for managing their pets themselves, and we ask that guests resolve any issues between themselves.
- Do not allow your dog to climb onto tables, chairs, benches, etc.
- Please do not allow your dog to touch dishes, cutlery, etc. on the table.
・Please do not brush or trim dogs inside the facility.
・Please do not allow your pet to urinate or defecate within the facility. If the facility is soiled with urine or feces, please ask the pet owner or guest to clean up after themselves.
- Within the facility, please keep your dog on a leash of 0.5m in length and keep it still at all times.
・Pets other than dogs are not allowed to show their faces or enter the facility without a cart or cage.
