・Vaccination record (must have been vaccinated for the 3rd time)
・Negative PCR test certificate (using a sample collected within 3 days before admission)
・Negative antigen quantitative test certificate (using specimens collected within 3 days before admission)
・Certificate of negative antigen qualitative test (using specimens collected within 1 day before admission)
*It is not possible to bring photographs of the results of self-testing using commercially available antigen test kits or test kits.
* Children under the age of 12 do not need to confirm the certificate if they are accompanied by a guardian or leader.
If you are not accompanied by a parent or guardian, the second vaccination will be treated the same as the third vaccination for those aged 2 and over.
