"Norrbottens Destilleri” What is it?
Norrbotten Distillery is a small distillery located in Torre, the northernmost region of Sweden, close to the Arctic Circle. With a mission to create new gins by exploring the creativity and possibilities of sourcing, mixing and distilling ingredients every day,2016A yearDe nnis Bejedalwas established. Because our distillery is located in an area surrounded by wild plants that grow under harsh climatic conditions, our production policy is ``integration with nature.'' We strive for originality by carefully selecting and combining ingredients to create new layers of aromas and tastes, and by blending ingredients from ingredients grown in our own backyard to those from a variety of local soils. We produce rich gin.

A refreshing gin with a hint of spice, fused with organic seasonal botanicals from the Norrbotten and Himalaya mountains. It is made from ingredients such as young birch leaves and angelica picked fresh in early spring in Northern Bosnia, Timut pepper from Nepal, and hand-picked juniper from Macedonia. .

A smooth and balanced gin made with a well-balanced blend of botanicals from the coniferous forests of Norrbotten. It is slowly distilled using eco-friendly cloves and hand-picked Macedonian juniper berries. The aromas of pine buds, spruce buds, and cloves provide a mellow aroma. The scent of Sweden's coniferous forests spreads before your eyes.
Sun Fusion 8,000 yen (excluding tax)
Alcohol power: 45 degrees
The refreshing gin is a blend of Sicilian orange, lemon, and grapefruit. Sun is double distilled and aged for three months in steel tanks before bottling. This distillation and aging process round out the flavor of this gin, bringing out the acidity and citrus notes.
