We are an organization that carries out various activities with the aim of realizing "decent work" and "decent roles" for everyone. We place great importance on each person having a "role" within some community or group.
We are creating an environment where both the person and those around them can recognize their "roles." In particular, we are working with many professionals to create "roles" and "jobs" for people with disabilities, who do not currently have a decent work environment, and through these activities we hope to consider "work" for all people.
Its activities include providing employment support and training for people with disabilities at welfare facilities and companies, planning and running the welfare facility's manufacturing brand, equaIto, conducting research on and communicating easy-to-understand information about workplaces that are easy to work in, and hosting the annual "Tontu Festival" at metsä Village to experience diversity.
