Attention point

CARVAAN Brewery & Restaurant

CARVAAN Brewery & Restaurant Hannō Main Branch. An Arabian gastronomy experience that transcends culture and the ordinary, nestled on the cliffs of a Hannō valley.
The star product is the Arabian Lime Ale, a beer that lets you enjoy the exotic aroma of lime peel from Alexandria, a town on the Mediterranean coast of Egypt, and cardamom, the queen of spices.

Mugi Zakkoku Koubou (Wheat and Grain Workshop)

“The beginning of our brewing starts in the field.”

Founded in 2003 in Ogawa Town, Saitama Prefecture, an area known for its thriving organic farming, this small brewery and taproom practices brewing beer directly from the fields, using as many home-grown or locally sourced ingredients as possible.
Our most popular signature beer, unchanged since our founding, is "Mixed Grain Weizen." Weizen is a wheat-based white beer originating in southern Germany, and at Mugizakkoku Koubou, we brew it using our own original recipe, incorporating various cereals such as wheat, rye, millet, and foxtail millet, depending on the season. Enjoy the rich, grainy flavor reminiscent of liquid bread, and the spicy and fruity taste derived from Weizen yeast.

Chichibu Beer Brewery

This newly opened brewery is located in the Yoshida district, about a 30-minute drive from the city center of Chichibu, which is in the northwestern part of Saitama Prefecture.
A river flows behind the brewery, and it is a naturally rich area surrounded by mountains, where you can strongly feel the power of mineral-rich water.
They acquired brewing equipment that had been lying dormant in the area, leased the site of a former sake brewery's bottling plant, and the head brewer himself spent about a year remodeling it into a factory. In October 2017, they finally obtained their long-desired brewing license and began brewing.
Chichibu City is a truly precious place for alcoholic beverages, boasting a wide variety of domestically produced alcoholic drinks including sake, shochu, wine, and whiskey. We were able to start brewing in such a wonderful location.

Our goal is to create a beer that can soothe people, and we value the fact that it is something that people will enjoy intuitively. We strive to create beer that is easy to drink and enjoyable.

Nobody Brewing by TEENAGE

This second brand was born from inheriting the DNA of Teenage Brewing, which is always striving for the highest quality. While maintaining the reliable techniques that have been cultivated, it aims to transform craft beer from something special into an "everyday choice" that everyone can enjoy. The two brands resonate with each other, paving the way for the future of Japanese beer culture.

Honjo Ginza Brewery

Honjo Ginza Brewery is located in Saitama Prefecture. Their specialty is beer that combines a satisfying taste with a crisp finish, making it a beer you'll want to drink again and again, thanks to the hard water of their local city of Honjo.

UBP BREWERY

This brewery brews beer with the concepts of "Bringing the culture of beer and football from Urawa to the world" and "Adding new ways to enjoy beer to your daily life." We deliver our carefully crafted beers from the city of Urawa!

五十嵐酒造株式会社

This sake brewery is located in Hannō City, Saitama Prefecture, and is known for its brand name, "Tenranzan." Using clean water and traditional methods, they produce easy-to-drink, high-quality sake.
