AFURI (Afuri) is particular about additive-free and natural materials to create taste.The store name is derived from Oyama (Afuriyama), which is located at the eastern end of the Tanzawa Mountains.The pure natural water that springs from the foot of the mountain is used as the water for preparation.Please enjoy the commitment to a cup of ramen that starts with water.In Saitama Prefecture, it is only available at the Hanno metsä village store.

Yuzu salt ramen
A golden soup with fresh chicken ribs and flavored vegetables carefully cooked in the pure natural water of Mt. Auri, and dried with kelp, dried fish and dried bonito. There is a cup of AFURI boasting a fresh finish made by adding fresh gyoza juice of gyoza. We are particular about every single ingredient, such as the char shell, which is carefully sculpted in each order.
