Design motif picture book "Mysterious Journey to Moominvalley"
A picture book featuring beautiful watercolors, in which a young girl, Susanna, begins her journey to Moominvalley wearing mysterious glasses spread out in the field.As Susanna travels, she rides a close-knit balloon down to Moominvalley when she's approaching.At the end of the story, the beautiful Moominvalley, peaceful and safe, welcomes the Moomins.

Umbrella Sky Art Director
Umbrella sky season has come to Moominvalley Park again this year.This time, the umbrella sky with the motif of the picture book "Mysterious Journey to Moominvalley" is developed, and it is structured to express the story of traveling to Moominvalley where flowers bloom on a balloon.Walking under the umbrella while finding balloons and characters is waiting for a colorful umbrella space where flowers are in full bloom.Please come and see the Umbrella Sky, which is linked to the Moomin monogatari, Ltd. and can only be seen in this place.
Masaru Suzuki profile
Textile designer. Established Unpiat Co., Ltd. in 2002. Since 2004, he has presided over the fabric brand OTTAIPNU.In addition to his own brand, he has released works from various domestic and foreign manufacturers and brands such as Marimekko, Moomin, Uniqlo, Camper, Familia and Zoff. In 2015, he won the 35th Newspaper Advertising Award for the "Toyama Moyo Project", which expresses the charm of Toyama with a pattern design. In 2016, he won the Milan Design Award 2016 “BEST ENGAGEMENT by IED” at Milan Design Week 2016 in Milan.He published his work collection "Masaru Suzuki Textiles" from Seibundo Shinkosha. 2017 Held the exhibition "Masaru Suzuki's Textile Exhibition" at Mitsubishi Jisho Artium.He is a professor at the Department of Design, Faculty of Art and Design, Tokyo Zokei University.
