The following actions, clothing, and behavior are prohibited:
- Any act that infringes or may infringe the privacy, portrait rights or other rights of entertainers and staff
- Any behavior that makes entertainers or staff feel uneasy or scared, such as stalking, taking pictures without permission, secretly filming, or lying in wait.
- Gifts for entertainers
- Dressing or acting in a way that impersonates entertainers or staff
- Clothing that may cause crime prevention problems
- Actions that interfere with the operation or progress of the facility
- Nuisance to other customers
- Harming other guests' pets
- Clothing or behavior that may frighten or harm other customers
- The act of occupying a certain location for a long period of time
- Occupying a restroom for a long period of time while changing clothes or putting on makeup
- Holding a spot for a long time by using luggage or a picnic sheet
- Cutting in line or joining other people in queues at shows, experience facilities, stores, etc.
- Unauthorized performances, distribution of flyers, and surveys
- Full-face masks, helmets, or headgear that make faces unrecognizable
- Use of handheld microphones, walkie-talkies, laser pointers, unauthorized flags or armbands
- Smoking outside designated smoking areas (including electronic cigarettes and heated tobacco products)
Customers who are prohibited from entering the park
- Organized crime groups and those associated with organized crime groups
- Bringing in dangerous goods and dangerous organisms
- Pets not on a leash
- Those under the influence of alcohol or drugs
About shooting
- When photographed by the media, customers may be the subject and may be featured in media outlets, websites, social media, etc.
- There are some areas where you cannot use auxiliary equipment such as monopods, tripods, and selfie sticks. Please be considerate of the safety of other passengers when using them.
- Please refrain from using drones
Regarding pets
- Pets are allowed outdoors on a lead
- Depending on the type of pet, you may be required to use a pet bag even outdoors.
- Admission is not available to some facilities, restaurants (excluding the terrace), and the Emma's Theatre show area.
- Lead hooks are installed in various locations throughout the park.
Alcohol sales
- Please refrain from drinking alcohol if you are driving a car.
- We may ask for your age when you place an order.
Regarding passengers with children
- Please keep an eye on your children
- Please take any valuables or personal belongings with you when leaving your stroller
About transportation
- Public transport may be delayed
- Please leave the park with enough time to catch the last train or bus.
Bringing in food and drinks
- For safety reasons, please refrain from bringing food or drinks into the venue (water bottles and other hydration drinks may be brought in).
- Only items purchased at metsä village may be brought into the park
- Please refrain from bringing take-out cups (drinks) into the facility.
- Please refrain from bringing any items purchased in the park into the food and beverage outlets.
Other
- We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or pet-related issues that occur at our facility.
- If you are likely to cause inconvenience to other guests, or if you do not understand or cooperate with our requests, we may refuse you entry or ask you to leave the facility.
