▶"Emma's Theatre" reopens as an all-weather venue!
Moominvalley Park's Emma's Theatre was created based on the Emma's Theatre, which was washed away when Moominvalley was hit by a flood, an episode from the Moomin monogatari, Ltd.. It will be renovated on Saturday, March 14, 2026, and will become a theatre where you can enjoy the world of the Moomin stories throughout the day. Four lively programs will be performed in succession, allowing you to experience the world of the stories whenever you visit.

■Story: Short story "Spring Melody" (from the original novel "Friends of Moominvalley")
Snufkin, who has been traveling south from Moominvalley for the winter, senses the arrival of spring and returns to Moominvalley in this episode, where he encounters an unnamed "crawler"*. This episode depicts the many facets of Snufkin's charm, including his emotional side as well as the struggles he faces as he completes his important "tune." Additionally, a new character, Teetie-Woo, the crawler who plays a key role in the story, makes an appearance! Enjoy a heartwarming moment woven together by Moomintroll, Snufkin, and Teetie-Woo, enveloped in the soft air of spring.
*"Crawfish" are not like the "insects" of our world; in the world of Moominvalley, they are like "small creatures," and there are creatures that are hairy and look like animals, as well as crawling insects that are shaped like small people.

Moomintroll will appear on stage and ask everyone a quiz! You can have fun learning about the world of Moomin stories while finding the answers together.

2025, 2026 "Moomin Valley Dance Parade"
Performances will be held both day and night! Watch as Moomintroll approaches Mollan, who appears in Moominvalley, and the two begin to bond. The large Mollan, about 2.5 meters in length, is a must-see. Join in the excitement both day and night as the characters parade to the music of Moominvalley Park!

2025 "Moominvalley's Luminous Night Show - What is Christmas? -"
A limited-time night show! The ancestors will also make their first appearance and enjoy dancing with the Moomin family, who don't know what Christmas is.

"Ninny", who disappeared after being bullied by her aunt, gradually regains herself with the love and warm hospitality of the Moomin family.This is a story in which visiting guests can discover important things through the show while thinking of their own daily lives.

Based on the original Moomin Comics "Prophet Appearance", this story lives in the peaceful "Moominvalley", which is sometimes referred to as the ideal place in our human world. Even ourselves have scenes of struggles and worries in search of happiness.And finally, the Moomins realize that they lived happily from the beginning.
With the power of the original work, Moominvalley Park conveys to everyone that happiness is not something that is influenced by those around you, but rather that you decide what makes you happy. I thought that I would like to send it as a support message.
