Regarding the issue that occurred on Saturday, April 4st, when purchasing the Moominvalley Park Annual Pass, an error occurred that prevented the purchase.

We would like to inform you about an error that occurred when purchasing the Moominvalley Park Annual Pass.

* Annual passports that are still valid can be used without any problems.

When purchasing an annual passport, after registering new customer information, when proceeding to the purchase screen, the following error occurs and the purchase cannot be made.
